The Ticker Tales take
Swastika Infra, set up in August 2019, is an EPC contractor building power transmission and distribution infrastructure — the towers and lines that carry electricity from generation to substations. FY26 revenue grew 43% to ₹505.6 crore and profit rose 51% to ₹41.4 crore. Of the ₹161 crore issue, about ₹129 crore is fresh money for the company and ₹32 crore goes to existing owners selling down. Demand held on track into the close at about 1.84 times covered, while the grey market premium stayed thin at around ₹5, roughly 3% over the top of the band. That keeps the predicted pop inside our dead band, so this stays Neutral. Expected versus actual: we expected roughly flat; it listed 8% up and closed the first day at about 13.5%, so Neutral undershot a good day.
