The Ticker Tales take

SRIT India designs, implements and operates digital platforms for government bodies and enterprises in India and a few overseas markets, spanning e-governance, telecommunications and broadband, and healthcare — custom software plus equipment integration and ongoing support. FY26 revenue was around ₹450 crore, with e-governance the largest slice at 68% of sales. The entire ₹218.4 crore issue is fresh shares, so every rupee raised goes into the company rather than to existing owners — the healthier shape for a first-time applicant. Worth weighing: a large share of revenue comes from government contracts, which can be lumpy and depend on tender cycles rather than steady demand. Demand strengthened on day two, with the book roughly 2 times covered (retail well above 3 times) and the grey market premium firming to around ₹33, about 25% over the top of the band. We now expect a strong listing — a pop of around 25% — so this moves up to a Strong Subscribe.
