The Ticker Tales take

Shah Investor's Home is a retail broking company with more than 30 years in the securities markets, offering equity and derivatives trading, mutual fund distribution, margin funding and stock lending to customers across Gujarat and Maharashtra through 11 branches and 181 authorised persons. The entire ₹90.17 crore issue is fresh shares, so all the money raised goes into the company rather than to existing owners — the healthier shape for a first-time applicant. Worth weighing: revenue fell 23% to ₹72.4 crore and profit fell 44% to ₹13.1 crore in FY26 versus FY25 — a shrinking business, not a growing one, which is unusual to see going into an IPO. Bidding picked up on day two, with the book about 1.1 times covered and the grey market premium firming to around ₹14, roughly 8% over the top of the band. That nudges us out of the flat zone into a modest positive, so we now rate it a Subscribe with a pop of around 8% expected.
