The Ticker Tales take
Nityas Gems and Jewellery designs and makes gold jewellery studded with lab-grown diamonds at its Surat plant, selling to other businesses and directly to consumers. The entire ₹108 crore issue is fresh shares, so all the money goes into the company rather than to existing owners. The financials look strong: FY26 revenue more than doubled to ₹203 crore and profit rose 128% to ₹22 crore, though such fast growth in a fashion-linked, price-sensitive product is worth watching. Demand is soft: on day two the book was only about 0.2 times covered, though big investors usually bid late, and the grey market premium is around ₹5, roughly 7% over the top of the band. That leaves us in the flat zone, so for now this is a Neutral; the call locks at 2 PM on 5 October, the closing day.
