The Ticker Tales take
Moneyview runs a digital fintech platform that connects borrowers with banks, NBFCs and other lenders for personal loans, using data analytics for quick credit assessment and approval. Of the ₹1,092 crore issue, ₹750 crore is fresh money going into the company and about ₹342 crore is an offer for sale by existing investors. FY26 revenue grew 43%, though profit was nearly flat, up just 1% to ₹242.7 crore. The book built strongly through the closing day, running past 12.5 times covered by late morning with NII bids at 36.80 times and retail at 9.08 times, while the grey market premium held around ₹11, roughly 32% over the top of the band. We expect a strong listing — a pop of around 47% — so this stays a Strong Subscribe; the call locked at 2 PM on 28 September, the closing day. It listed at ₹55 on NSE, up 61.8% against our 47%, and closed about +57%. The call was right on direction but we under-called the size of the pop.
