Anil Singhvi's take
The Ticker Tales take
Molbio Diagnostics is a point-of-care diagnostics company whose Truenat platform runs rapid molecular tests close to the patient (widely used for TB and other diseases). It's a ₹939.70 Cr mainboard issue, mostly an offer for sale (₹200 Cr fresh + ₹739.70 Cr OFS), so most of the money goes to existing shareholders. Bidding closed on 12 Aug about 70.26× subscribed — a strong finish — with the grey-market premium about ₹156 (~19% over the ₹807 top price). We hold our Subscribe, expecting a listing pop of roughly 19%; it lists on 17 Aug. It listed on 17 Aug at ₹980 on both NSE and BSE (+21.4%) versus the ₹807 issue price — a solid double-digit debut a touch above our ~19% read, so the Subscribe call played out.
