The Ticker Tales take

LEAP India, founded in 2013 in Mumbai, runs an asset-pooling and supply-chain business — a large shared pool of reusable pallets, foldable containers, crates and returnable packaging that companies rent instead of buying. It's a big ₹2,480 Cr mainboard issue, but mostly an offer for sale (₹480 Cr fresh + ₹2,000 Cr OFS), so most of the money goes to existing shareholders cashing out rather than into the company. It opens on 7 Aug at a ₹151–159 band and lists on 14 Aug. Early grey-market premium is thin at about ₹4 (~2.5% over the ₹159 top price), and with bidding not yet open and no clear Anil Singhvi call, our call stays Neutral while it's upcoming. It firms up once bidding opens and locks at 2 PM on the closing day (11 Aug).
