Anil Singhvi's take

AS
Anil Singhvi

Anil Singhvi (Zee Business) called the issue reasonably valued - neither cheap nor expensive - but did not give a clear apply or avoid verdict in the portion we could read. He liked the revenue and profit growth, the experienced promoters and the presence in 13 countries. His main worry is concentration: about 85% of revenue comes from the US and Canada.

The Ticker Tales take

Fusion CX provides customer experience and outsourced business process services to companies. The issue is about ₹702 crore, roughly ₹500 crore of fresh shares that go into the company and ₹202 crore of existing owners selling. It opened on 14 Oct; the unofficial grey market premium has cooled from about ₹55 to roughly ₹19, around 6.6% over the top of the band, and no subscription figures are out yet. Anil Singhvi sees the pricing as fair, likes the growth and global footprint, but flags heavy reliance on US and Canada revenue. We expect a modest listing - a pop of around 7% - so this is a Subscribe, but only just. The call is open to change until it locks at 2 PM on 16 Oct.
