The Ticker Tales take

ArMee Infotech, incorporated in 2003, is an IT infrastructure and managed-services company that also sells retail tech products and runs renewable-energy projects — a mixed bag of businesses under one roof. FY26 revenue came in at ₹1,410 crore with profit of ₹45.5 crore. The entire ₹300 crore issue is fresh shares, so all the money raised goes into the company rather than to existing owners — the healthier shape for a first-time applicant. Demand stayed on track into the close at around 1.17 times covered, but the grey market premium drained away through the final day, down to about ₹6, roughly 2% over the top of the band. That pulls the predicted pop back inside our dead band, so this settles to Neutral. Expected versus actual: we expected roughly flat; it listed at the issue price and then slid to close the first day 20% down, a miss our Neutral call did not warn about.
