The Ticker Tales take

Adroit Industries (India), incorporated in 1995, makes propeller shafts and torque-transmission components for driveline systems, supplying commercial vehicles, SUVs, defence and emergency services, heavy equipment and off-highway machinery across more than 32 countries. FY26 revenue rose a modest 5% to ₹143 crore while profit grew a healthier 44% to ₹26.2 crore. Of the ₹150.71 crore issue, ₹132.62 crore is fresh money for the company and a smaller ₹18.09 crore is an existing shareholder selling down. Demand stayed very strong through the close, the book finishing at about 18.07 times covered, and the grey market premium held up around ₹37, roughly 28% over the top of the band. We expect a strong listing — a pop of around 34% — so this is a Strong Subscribe. Expected versus actual: we saw a pop of around 34%; it listed 75% up and closed the first day at about 85%, so the call was right on direction but well undershot the size.
